How do I cancel my order?
Wrong Orders? Cancel your order easily by writing an e-mail to [email protected] .
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 1-7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?
You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at [email protected] . Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible solutions.
Refund & Replacement Policy :
1. No refunds for orders that made mistakenly. Customised products can’t be replaced.
2. All Returns should be made within 2 days from the date of purchase
3. Replacements requests are followed by your email address , In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.
4. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Which products are not eligible for return?
1. Products that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
2. Products that are returned without all original packaging and accessories.
3. All Customized products that are already printed as per your request.
All Returns are accepted once our quality team verified and confirms. The refund or replacement of the product will be initiated within 48 hours.
